With 30 years of experience in Las Vegas and Henderson real estate, I have had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients buy and sell homes throughout Southern Nevada. I became a REALTOR® in 1996, and over the years I have built my business around experience, integrity, strong communication, and truly caring about the people I represent.

I am was born and raised in Elko, Nevada and moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV. My husband, John, and I have raised our two sons here, and Southern Nevada has truly been home for most of my life. Today, I live in Henderson and have extensive experience throughout Henderson, Las Vegas, and many of our area's most desirable communities.

As the leader of the Carver Fahr Team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, I specialize in representing sellers, luxury properties, relocation clients, active-adult communities, and buyers who want knowledgeable local guidance. I am also a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Luxury Collection Specialist and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

After three decades in this business, I understand that real estate is about much more than simply buying or selling a house. For many of my clients, it involves a major life transition, an important financial decision, or a home filled with years of memories.
